Terms and Conditions

The rules governing Ameen ERP trials, subscriptions, accounts, acceptable use and customer responsibilities.

Last updated: August 18, 2026

1. Agreement and service provider

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Ameen ERP, a cloud-based business management and accounting software service operated by Deedimart. The legal name associated with Deedimart is Muhammed Ottakath, GSTIN 32DZDPM1820F2ZU.

By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription or using Ameen ERP, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.

2. Eligibility and business use

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract and authorised to act for the business registered in your Ameen ERP account. The service is intended primarily for lawful business and professional use.

3. Accounts and security

  • You must provide accurate registration, tax and contact information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for actions taken through authorised users.
  • You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • Shared accounts, unlawful access attempts and misuse of another business’s data are prohibited.

4. Free trial

Eligible new customers may receive an 11-day free trial for Starter, Growth or Business plans. Trial features and limits may correspond to the selected plan. A paid subscription is required to continue after the trial. We may restrict repeated, fraudulent or abusive trial registrations.

5. Plans, limits and subscriptions

Plan features, user limits, branch limits, invoice volumes, storage and support levels are described on the Pricing page or in an accepted quotation. Monthly subscriptions run for one month and annual subscriptions run for twelve months. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless clearly stated otherwise.

Plan upgrades may take effect immediately or as shown during checkout. Downgrades normally take effect from the next billing cycle and may affect access to features or limits.

6. Billing and payment

Payments may be processed by Razorpay or another supported payment provider. Payment information is also subject to that provider’s terms and privacy practices. You authorise the applicable subscription charge presented at checkout. Failed, reversed or disputed payments may result in restricted access until resolved.

Subscription cancellation and refund eligibility are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Customer data and responsibilities

You retain ownership of business data entered into Ameen ERP. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and completeness of customer, supplier, employee, tax, inventory and transaction records. You must maintain any independent records required by law and export information before account closure where necessary.

8. Accounting, tax and ZATCA disclaimer

Ameen ERP provides software tools and automated workflows; it does not provide legal, tax or professional accounting advice. ZATCA or other regulatory functionality depends on correct onboarding, valid certificates, accurate master data, applicable eligibility and external authority availability. You remain responsible for reviewing filings, invoices and statutory obligations with qualified advisers.

9. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to violate law, facilitate fraud, transmit malicious code, disrupt infrastructure, reverse engineer protected components, bypass plan limits, infringe intellectual property, or store content that you have no right to process.

10. Availability and changes

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, security incidents, internet failures, payment providers, government systems and other third-party services may affect access. We may improve, replace or discontinue features while taking reasonable steps to minimise material disruption.

11. Intellectual property

Ameen ERP software, interfaces, branding, documentation and related materials belong to Deedimart or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to you. You receive a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the subscribed service during the active term.

12. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access for non-payment, security risk, unlawful activity, material breach or misuse. You may stop renewal subject to the applicable billing cycle. Provisions concerning payment, intellectual property, liability, dispute resolution and data obligations survive termination where appropriate.

13. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. Deedimart is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit, business interruption, or loss caused by inaccurate customer-entered data or unsupported third-party services. Any aggregate liability will not exceed the subscription fees paid for the affected service during the three months preceding the event, except where liability cannot legally be limited.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer rights, disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of competent courts in Malappuram, Kerala, India. Parties should first attempt good-faith resolution by contacting us.

15. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms to reflect product, operational or legal changes. Material updates will be communicated through the website, service or registered contact details where appropriate.
